(1) Accounting duties which include the following: audits and processes the payments of all of the company’s disbursements;
(2) Prepares expense analysis and other reports on suppliers’ invoices and monthly statements;
(3) Keeps proper record of all amounts due to the company on a timely basis;
(4) Computes all travel agents’ commissions payable;
(5) Controls and balances all advance deposits;
(6) Responses to account disputes and queries;
(7) Prepares the monthly accounts receivable report;
(8) Keeps all records relating to payroll;
(9) Prepares and remits payroll reports;
(10) Compiles all tax returns.

Performs clerical duties of a general nature such as copying, compiling, filing and recording information.

(1) Develops new accounts and additional business by regularly contacting clients and calling on potential clients, obtains marketing information and follows referrals from clients and competitors;
(2) Completes weekly call reports;
(3) Coordinates and plans the digital media creation and multi-channel publication of the requested content.

(1) Co-ordinates and supervises the activities of staff engaged in ticketing tour operation and clerical;
(2) Liaises with hotels, restaurants, shops and places of tourists’ interest.

(1) Recruits, interviews and hires employees;
(2) Counsels, transfers and dismisses employees based on appraisal of supervisors.
(3) Counsels and advises department heads regarding personnel problems;
(4) Assists in implementing training policies and functions;
(5) Keeps staff training records;
(6) Arranges for training schedules and liaises with outside training/education institutions.

(1) Re-structures marketing and sales strategies;
(2) Observes competitors and new market trends;
(3) Plans sales calls and provides leads;
(4) Conducts sales performance appraisals of subordinates;
(5) Reviews sales targets regularly.

(1) Oversees accounting matters;
(2) Advises top management on financing of capital expenditure monitors
(3) Reviews accounting and financial control system for the company;
(4) Prepares accounting reports and budgets for top management;
(5) Prepares and reviews tax returns;
(6) Supervises and coordinates the activities of accounting staff.
