(2) Helps passengers make advance bookings;
(3) Channels customers’ queries or complaints to the right departments.

Controls passenger bookings and monitors reservations (technical) standards on the route(s) assigned; reviews flight booking profiles, short term capacity planning and performs allocation/re-allocation of seats.

Formulates, directs, controls strategies and policies on Meeting, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions related business.
