(12) Ensures passengers’ in-flight safety and comfort.

(2) Examines schedules of air, sea or land transport and hotel facilities;
(3) Completes and issues tickets, vouchers and other documents;
(4) Makes special arrangements for package tours;
(5) May need to assist passengers to obtain passports, visas and foreign currencies;
(6) May prepare accounts and receive payments;
(7) Advises on air fares and routes;
(8) Makes bookings for customers and channels their special requests to reservations department;
(9) Collects money in the right currency and issues tickets to passengers;
(10) Checks flight movements.

(2) Provides information and makes recommendation on travel arrangement etc. so that customers can make their best choice.

(4) Assists tourists with travel arrangements such as visas, passports and health certificate;

(6) Points out places of interest and gives brief commentaries;
(7) Assists tourists to plan individual sightseeing trips enroute;
(8) Acts as interpreter and advises on custom duties and other regulations;
(9) May collect fees or tickets.

(1) Guides and assists passengers to board the aircraft or escorts disembarking passengers to the immigration counter;
(2) Makes arrangements to passenger coaches for airport and aircraft transfers;
(3) Checks passenger load and bag number of each flight;
(4) Completes flight reports;
(5) Makes necessary boarding, paging or delay announcements;
(6) Collects and checks travel documents and tickets from boarding passengers;
(7) Calculates and accepts charges arising from excess baggage;
(8) Implements any changes in the check-in procedure as instructed by supervisor;
(9) Obtains and issues seat numbers;
(10) Issues boarding passes; collects airport tax.

(1) Supervises and co-ordinates all traffic activities at the airport and key areas in the station;
(2) Monitors and ensures that crew’s operational requirements are met legally and cost effectively;
(3) Deputises for customer service manager in his absence and informs him when emergency procedure is required;
(4) Handles passengers complaints;
(5) Keeps destination ports informed of flight movements and passenger/cargo loads;
(6) Liaises with reservations and sales departments.

Performs a variety of routine calculating, posting, recording, filing and typing duties in accounts department, maintains complete records of cash and financial transactions, verifies accuracy of documents and makes necessary calculation.
