(1) Meets the tour groups at the airport
(2) Take care of the members and various coordination;
(3) Accompanies groups of tourists travelling by air, sea or other means of transportation over preplanned route;
(4) Assists tourists with travel arrangements such as visas, passports and health certificate;
(5) Makes arrangements for meals and accommodations enroute;
(6) Points out places of interest and gives brief commentaries;
(7) Assists tourists to plan individual sightseeing trips enroute;
(8) Acts as interpreter and advises on custom duties and other regulations;
(9) May collect fees or tickets.

(1) Co-ordinates and supervises the activities of staff engaged in ticketing tour operation and clerical;
(2) Liaises with hotels, restaurants, shops and places of tourists’ interest.

Performs a variety of routine calculating, posting, recording, filing and typing duties in accounts department, maintains complete records of cash and financial transactions, verifies accuracy of documents and makes necessary calculation.

Performs clerical duties of a general nature such as copying, compiling, filing and recording information.

Acts as a facilitator to coordinate all Meeting, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions arrangements.

(1) Meets sales targets;
(2) Sells air travel services;
(3) Produces regular reports on business transactions;
(4) Attends daily briefing and follows up the instructions from supervisor.

(1) Re-structures marketing and sales strategies;
(2) Observes competitors and new market trends;
(3) Plans sales calls and provides leads;
(4) Conducts sales performance appraisals of subordinates;
(5) Reviews sales targets regularly.
