Manages the day-to-day output and running of the programmes. Helps the Vice President/Executive Director with budget controls and staff matters. Examines materials for conformity with established policy and standards, and revises it as necessary.

Supervises and manages all aspects in printing production to ensure highest levels of production efficiency and quality. Works closely with graphic artists, traffic personnel and printing production vendors.

Responsible for motion graphic / visual effects / animation design work for programme production and other functions.

Assists staff members in all aspects in the production of programme including manning of the panel.

Writes headings, and marks types. Selects, checks, revises and arranges material for publication; and/or involves in the layout and design of each page.

Develops concepts and writes advertising contents (copy).

Undertakes advertising sales in one commodity, or manages a group of client portfolio.
