Analyses and develops systems for assigned projects. Formulates statements of objectives or problems and devises solutions. Produces flow charts, block diagrams or pseudocode descriptions for applications systems.

Plans and executes overall investment strategies of the company. Implements investment policy and distribution policy. Manages the investment and fund portfolios. Plans, directs and controls activities of the department or institution customers.
