Oversees the dispensing and decoction of medicines. Provides and handles drug information. Supervises the daily work and provide training to the Chinese medicine dispensers.

Performs a “SWOT” analysis of the product and the company. Develops pricing strategies to maximise the profits of company while ensuring the company’s customers are satisfied. Plans, directs and manages marketing functions including advertising, public relations and corporate communications. Coordinates with the Sales Department to conduct sales and marketing programmes, ensure the completion of the programme and evaluation for further actions.
