The biannual Hong Kong Young Chefs Chinese Culinary Competition aims to provide a platform for aspiring students and in-service Chinese chefs, aged 16-40, to compete in Chinese culinary skills.  In addition, by facilitating exchanges in the industry and establishing a culture of healthy competition, the professional standard and image of chefs be enhanced.  The competition also promotes the heritage of the Chinese cuisine.
